Before hitting the trails, our clinics feature a dynamic warm up session to prepare riders both physically and mentally for the day's riding. This allows our coaches to assess individual skill levels. This approach ensures that each participant receives tailored guidance throughout the clinic, promoting a progressive and effective learning experience.
Equipment Setup/check
Our team will assist riders in getting their bikes ready for action, checking for optimal tire pressure, secure helmet fit, and functional brakes. We prioritize safety at every step to ensure that each rider gets the most out of their ride.
Ride
The heart of our school holiday clinics lies in the ride segment, where we delve into the core elements of mountain biking. With a combination of drills and on-trail learning, riders will have the opportunity to apply these newfound skills during guided rides through the trail network.
